Alibris - shop the inventory of thousands of booksellers from one source. Good for out-of-print books.
Best Book Buys - a price comparison site that searches over 20 bookstores simultaneously to find which store offers a book at the lowest price. Includes new and used books in search. More accurate than AddAll from my experience.
AddAll - independent site (not owned by any bookstore) for book searching and price comparison of 41 bookstores.
